Article Pearson's sale of its Financial Times to Nikkei

Another sign of the times.  We are saddened to hear that another 30 papers will be effected by these sales.  We continue to worry about where will corporations get qualified journalist coverage.   We support utilizing the newer channels like Linkedin, Twitter, blogs, and all relevant online publications.  However gone are the days when you knew a story was fully vetted or at least thought so, when it was published in the FT, NYT or WSJ.
