Rio Development is the developer for the Mercado District of Menlo Park, a mixed use development project, the first in the over one billion dollar (projected) Rio Nuevo Project in the oldest part of Tucson. The project is a significant contribution to Tucson’s goal of bringing two thousand additional residential units into downtown as a part of the revitalization.
